In this machine you get 100 percent training for both biceps and triceps without any compromises.

The movement paths are completely correct and the tricep training becomes really nice and insulating with a back cushion, that is easily pressed against your back with a simple push of a button and a gas spring.

The machine can easily be switched between biceps training and triceps training with a simple adjusting bolt.
